Supermodel Heidi Klum Quickly Loses 8 Pounds; Gives Birth

Supermodel Heidi Klum has discovered a new workout that magically sheds 7-10 pounds in just hours.

“I like, totally gave birth,” stated the Project Runway co-host. “It took about 9 hours, but I finally shed 8 pounds of unwanted fat!”

The “8 pounds of uwanted fat” Klum is referring to is her son, Lou Sulola Samuel, who weighed in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces when introduced to the world.

“I feel like, so much lighter,” stated the exhausted 36 year old mother of 3. “I was gaining so much belly fat, and I knew something had to be done.”

It’s true. In a span of 9 months, Klum gained a total of 25 pounds! “It was like, insane,” she said. “I was getting totally lazy and my stomach just kept getting bigger, and I knew I had to do something.”

In October, Klum’s water broke, and she became aware that it was time to shed those pounds. “When that happened, I said to myself, ‘Oh, I just lost an entire pound of water weight in less than a minute! I think I’m onto something here!’”

After admitting herself to the L.A. General Hospital, she worked closely with Dr. Fontaine for a 9 hour marathon session of weight loss.

“He [Dr. Fontaine] totally pushed me to my limits and had me sweating and working out more than I ever thought possible.”

“I told her to push,” stated Dr. Fontaine.

Heidi's magical transformation occurred in only one session of exercise!

“I was totally exhausted when it was over, but it was like, totally worth it,” Klum stated.

Being the entrepreneur that she is, Klum is relying on her latest experience to encourage others to lose weight.

“If you have any extra weight around your mid-section, I highly recommend, like, giving birth.”

A workout video based on her revolutionary weight-loss exercise as well as a Nintendo Wii game is due to release in the fall.
